LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Estes Park Leadership Training (EP LT) is an eleven week summer discipleship program for college students. Estes Park LT is a fast paced, dynamic summer experience of Christian growth you will never forget! We gather over 120 excited college students at the YMCA of the Rockies - Estes Park.
Twice a week, we have high powered gatherings featuring some of the best speakers in our network of Collegiate churches. We also divide the students into Community groups of 10-14 to be families on a mission for the summer. Collegiate Staff from all over the country come to help facilitate the program and mentor students in Christian Spiritual Formation and Christian Leadership Training. These passionate professionals provide a great foundation for growth and guidance.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Estes Park LT participants are expected to be a good testimony for Christ all summer on the job, in our housing, during free time and at program events. Full participation in all LT events is required.
